Mrs. Charlotte Rose was saved March 17th, 1974, in Michigan. Before marrying Pastor Rose, she had been widowed twice while serving in the ministry as a pastor's wife and as a missionary's wife. While in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, she was involved in Child Evangelism Fellowship for two years. During church ministry years, she was involved as a church pianist, Sunday school teacher, and teacher of a Ladies Bible study at Hillside Baptist Temple. She also was the secretary, supervisor, and assistant principal at Hillside Christian Academy for 19 years. After being widowed, although she was grieving, she stayed faithful to the service of the Lord and moved to Lansing, MI, where she worked with Parker Memorial Baptist Church in their Christian School for one year as Learning Center Supervisor for grades 4-12. She was a missionary's wife in Canada for 7 1/2 years. She and her husband had the Jewish ministry in Toronto Baptist Church. In 2005, she was widowed again.
She has a Master of Arts in Education Administration from Great Plains Baptist University.
She continues to serve the Lord with her husband, Pastor Tom Rose, at Marshall Baptist Church as pianist, Sunday school teacher, and youth choir leader.
Pastor and Mrs. Rose have a 'legacy testimony' of lives spent devoted to the Lord in faith and ministry even amidst heavy grief and loss. We at Marshall Baptist Church couldn’t ask for a sweeter or more godly couple as our Associate Pastor and wife.
